Cancellation Policy

Please call immediately if you are unable to attend your appointment. I ask that you give 24hour business day notice in cancelling.  Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation notice will give another patient the opportunity to make use of that time.  Please access your appointment through the online booking system or by calling directly.

A missed appointment charge of the full treatment time will be added to your bill without the proper 24hour notice.
